Kombucha is a fermented probiotic beverage made by culturing sweetened tea with SCOBY (Symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). After fermentation, Kombucha is a cocktail of beneficial components including Tea Polyphenols, Amino Acids, essential elements such as Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Nickel, Zinc, Vitamins such as Vitamin C and several B Vitamins.
Our artisanal Kombucha are made from teas from the best organic tea gardens in India. We use a combination of low GI sugars that contain just the right amount of trace minerals like Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc and Calcium, ensuring that our brews remain effervescent and our microbes remain happy. Our brews are a powerhouse of antioxidants, probiotics, vitamins, beneficial enzymes, and electrolytes and we highly recommend it as a post-workout recovery drink. Kombucha can also be consumed with your meals or any time in the day to maintain gut health and to boost immunity.
